Refund policy

30-Day Return Window

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after the order is shown as delivered.

You must contact South Central Hardware before sending or bringing back a product. Returns sent without prior authorization or instructions may be delayed or refused.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are accepted for eligible products when the return is requested within the applicable 30-day period.

To qualify, the product must be:

• Unused and undamaged
• Complete, with all included parts and accessories
• Returned with any instructions and documentation supplied with it
• Returned in its original packaging where reasonably possible
• Supported by valid proof of purchase

Return-postage arrangements for a change-of-mind return will be explained when the return request is reviewed. Do not send a product until South Central Hardware has provided return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Incomplete Products

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing an included part.

To help us review the issue, you may be asked to provide:

• Your order or purchase information
• A clear description of the problem
• Photographs showing the product, packaging or missing contents where relevant

When a return is approved because the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete, South Central Hardware will pay the reasonable authorized return-postage cost. Return instructions must be followed before the product is sent.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact South Central Hardware within the applicable return period.
2. Provide your proof of purchase and explain the reason for the return.
3. Wait for approval and return instructions.
4. Package the product securely with all required parts and accessories.
5. Use the approved return method communicated to you.

Important: The physical store address is provided for business identification. It must not be treated as an authorized postal-return address unless South Central Hardware specifically confirms this during the return process.

Inspection and Approval

Returned products are reviewed after they are received. South Central Hardware may check the product’s condition, contents, accessories, documentation and proof of purchase before approving a refund.

A return that is incomplete, used, damaged after delivery or outside the return period may not qualify for a change-of-mind refund. This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Processing

After the returned product has been received, inspected and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5 to 10 business days for the approved refund to be processed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear in your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, are refunded only when required by applicable law or when South Central Hardware confirms that they qualify for reimbursement.

Exchanges

Direct exchange availability has not been established as a standard service. Contact South Central Hardware before returning the product, and we will explain the resolution options available for the relevant order.

Order Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.

South Central Hardware will make a reasonable effort to stop the order. However, cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing or fulfillment has started.

If the order can no longer be cancelled, you may request an eligible return after delivery under the terms of this policy.

Proof of Purchase

Valid proof of purchase is required for a return, refund or cancellation review. This may include an order confirmation, receipt or other purchase record that allows us to identify the transaction.
