Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other order-specific costs will be displayed during checkout where required.

If a clear pricing, description or technical error affects an order, we may contact you to explain the issue and provide available options. We will not knowingly process an order at an obviously incorrect price without contacting the customer.

Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products shown in the order. An automated confirmation that we received your order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may review an order before accepting it. We may decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, destination restrictions, address problems, public holidays, security reviews or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and deliverable address. Additional charges or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Shipping coverage, carriers, processing periods, tracking availability and destination restrictions are governed by the current Shipping and Delivery Policy and the options presented for the relevant order.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after the order is shown as delivered.

Customers must contact South Central Hardware before returning a product and must follow the return instructions provided for the relevant request.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After an eligible returned product has been received, inspected and approved, refund processing normally takes approximately 5 to 10 business days. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to make the funds available.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. We will make a reasonable effort to stop the order, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing, packing or fulfillment has started.
